What the service does

DMARC Secure provides email-based reports and insights related to email authentication (including DMARC/SPF/DKIM) based on information you provide and/or reports you make available to us.

No professional guarantees

The Service is provided for informational purposes. Email deliverability and authentication outcomes depend on many factors, including third-party providers and your DNS configuration. We do not guarantee specific deliverability results.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for any DNS changes you make.
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities.
• You agree not to abuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security measures, or use automated systems to send excessive requests.

Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We try to keep things running, but availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaldrin, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kaldrin, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
